The Global Positioning Stocking - Myer
Not only Is Australia a long way from the North Pole, but Aussie families often travel over Christmas - making it difficult for Santa. So we created an innovative product exclusive to Myer: The Global Positioning Stocking. To help make sure Santa can find you- wherever they are.
The launch film told the story of Sally, who is going away for Christmas and is forced to grapple with the question: How will Santa find me?
Off the back of the film, we released our connected product, sold exclusively at Myer.
The connected device gave kids a direct line to the North Pole. Kids could send drawings and letters to Santa.
And on Christmas Eve the stocking did a special light display, letting the kids know Santa was on the way.
